Learning Discernment

Learning Discernment

"This painting started with drips which eventually became the legs of these somewhat whimsical birds. It seems like a simple painting but the message it sent to me was deeper. I felt that these birds were learning how to discern. What should they chose to eat from what was before them and who were they hanging out with? We have so many choices to make in our lives. Some choices don't require much thought and they are inconsequential. Our education, our life partner - those are big decisions , so be picky, like the birds! How do we apply our discernment so that we can be free as a bird and soar?"
