"Pewter has a relatively low melting point and can be easily made molten. I pour the molten pewter into different shaped molds and then swirl the liquid manually. It cools almost instantly as it flows across the surface of the mold creating random curls and edges. The stones have been tumbled and shaped by the waters of the Kootenay River".
