What Lies Beneath

"Lots of interesting things to see above the surface but what lies beneath? How deep or shallow are we? Do we make waves on a continual basis? Are we the still waters with the murky soft bottom or are we "as above, so below?". Does our exterior surface match what lies beneath? Are we beautiful through and through? Or are we needing a little dredging? Hopefully this painting inspires thoughtful conversations."
