School Day for Blue Bear Boo

"This painting was created at the time when the kids were just heading back to school after the summer break with my son already having graduated a couple years ago and my daughter heading into her final year of high school. I realised there would be no more first days of school. I also realised this would be the last year I would be ordering those cute, but also somewhat awkward school photos. my kids always seemed to take some of the most awkward pictures...but of course they were still."
