Please help us support the library!

Calgary-based artist Michele Doucette LOVES visiting Kimberley and is very grateful for the support she has received from our amazing community since we started representing her at the gallery. Always looking to give back, Michele stepped right up when she heard about the peppery mishap at our library and the costly recovery.

Recently, the library suffered damage due to a bear spray incident, resulting in the loss of 442 picture books and some of the furnishings in the Children's area. The estimated cost to replace these items is substantial.

In collaboration with Michele, we are donating ALL PROCEEDS of the sales of Michele's Holiday art cards - with designs based on her original paintings - to the Kimberley Public Library for the recovery of the lost books and furnishings in the Children's area. On top of that, Michele is donating $2 of the sale of each Bear-Book Combo of Michele's children's book "Fenn's Giant Blue Secret" to this cause.
