Kimberley artist GRANT SMITH proudly shows his unique stencil/block print "East Kootenay Small Carnivore Celebration", winner of the 2024 Kootenay Art Prize at Art Gallery Kimberley. In a heartwarming gesture, Grant redirected his prize to support WILDSIGHT Kimberley/Cranbrook. Robyn Duncan gratefully received the $675 contribution during a delightful get-together at the gallery.

The 2024 open, adjudicated art exhibition themed "Kootenay Creatures" will be in the gallery until February 25th. Opening hours: Monday through Wednesday, by appointment; Thursday through Sunday, 9:30 - 4:30 pm.
